In 2007 I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer only because I pushed my doctor because he told me I was fine. Sent me to a surgeon. They went in and took only half of my thyroid and two weeks later they came back to tell me that it was cancer so they went back in within the month and took the second half of my thyroid. I have radioactive treatment and I was quarantine for a week isolated from my family. It was scary.
