Trees are a very symbolic memorial, as they embody life, strength, growth, and hope. Bags & Blessings has partnered with the Beaver County Commissioners, the Beaver County Department of Public Works, the Beaver County Conservation District, the Beaver County Department of Recreation & Tourism, and Lake Forest Gardens to plant the memorials in Brady’s Run Park. This program offers a unique way to memorialize or honor someone. An individual tree memorial is a tall tribute to a loved one; as part of a forest, the memorials will serve a purpose much bigger than themselves. They will create healthy ecosystems and a stunning park for all to cherish.

Below is a list of the available tree species. The tree plantings occur twice a year, in the Spring and Fall. The trees start as 10’ trees in a burlap ball that are well established to ensure their health and longevity. A permanent map will be installed to note the location of each of these special trees.

THANK YOU!!! We had such a great response to our tree campaign that we are expecting to complete Phase 1 on March 1st!! With that, we had to suspend the sale of the Dogwood tree and the Magnolia tree! We still have a few spots left for our Maples, Oaks, and Pine! Don’t wait…they will go fast.
