I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer in 2019 at age 43. With my family history, I knew it was inevitable.
As a wife, a mother of a preschooler, a full-time employee at a bank, and Owner/Instructor of Jazzercise, I didn’t have time for cancer!
I decided to use my voice to motivate and encourage others. I promised myself that if I was speaking in public or on stage at Jazzercise, I would encourage people to get their mammograms.
Thank you to my mother, Patsy, for showing me
how to fight cancer with strength and grace. To my husband, Scott, and my son, Preston, thank you for being my everything.
